In 2016, Eurotunnel Group found 90% of its train drivers candidat through a MOOC about train driving. In this session, you will find out how to source and select candidates through Massive Open Online Courses. We will present Skilero initiative, a MOOC platform dedicated to recruitement. 3 MOOC projects will be detailled with feedbacks and results. For those who want to test, 3 MOOCs will be opened specially for this session !

The MOOC Agency is a Startup that builds Massive Open Online Courses. 4 year-old firm with 22 people building more than 50 innovative training programs. In 2017, we launch a new solution : recruit with a MOOC. We build MOOC with companies to source and select talented people in the MOOC community.
